유통구조 개선 및 제품 법제화 통해 소비자에게 혜택 줘야
“해피데이는 환경부 인증 및 각종 공식 시험을 통과한 검증된 기술력을 갖췄으며 환경보전을 위해서 정부차원에서 품질표시제도를 더욱 강화할 필요가 있습니다. 자체적으로 시장 및 현장조사를 실시한 결과 일회용품의 사용이 법적으로 규제가 되어 있음에도 관할 부처에서는 그 규제가 제대로 이뤄지지 않아 안타까울 따름입니다. 더불어 대형마트 점유율 등 법령부분에서도 실질적 개선이 요구됩니다. 제품은 전적으로 소비자가 선택하는 것입니다. 약점으로 지적되던 가격대도 소비자가 선택할 수 있는 수준으로 내려왔습니다. 즉, 상품의 질적 향상과 소비자의 알 권리를 위해 유통구조의 개선이 필요합니다.”
